In 1990 Corporate Real Estate Services, Inc. (CRS) was created to be the premier source of expertise and systems to understand, reduce, and track leased real estate occupancy expenses. CRS works only for tenants, helping them to identify and attain cost savings by eliminating lease-related billing discrepancies.

CRS does not represent landlords, thereby avoiding any possible conflicts of interest. We focus solely on assisting commercial tenants with their occupancy cost control efforts.
